THE NARROW WAY

 Text: Luke 13:22-30 KJV

 Key Verse: Luke 13:24 KJV; Strive to enter in at the strait gate: for many, I say unto you, will seek to enter in, and shall not be able.

The way to the Kingdom of God is very narrow, but broad is the road that leads to destruction. In the earlier verses before our text Jesus put a point blank statement; He said except ye repent, ye shall all likewise perish. This is the first way to decide your journey through the narrow gate; repentance. After one have confessed his/her sins and has totally forsaken them, then the next part comes: Jesus said, we should strive(wrestle, do all we can) to enter in at the strait gate. Live and abide by the Word of God, and seek for the Holy Spirit to guide you and Hold you through out your stay on earth. Since the time of John the Baptist, the Kingdom of Heaven suffereth violence, and the violent take it by force. Follow peace with all men, love like Christ, do only what is pleasing to the Father and do all things to glorify Him. He will help us, but we need to show our willingness and readiness to be helped.
