KNOW YE NOT?

          It's a Glorious day today and always, but today being the first Sunday of the year, I sincerely bless God for giving us the opportunity to witness this day. As we constantly must remind ourselves of how we must live for God here on earth in preparation for His return, we will by the mercies of God keep being prayerful. Jesus Christ warns and admonishes us to watch and pray{Matthew 26:41 KJV}. The same way we keep our earthly buildings and our churches clean, we as well need to know that our body is the temple of GOD and we must keep ourselves clean of sin and evil. I Corinthians 3:16-17 KJV says KNOW YE NOT that ye are the temple of God, and the Spirit of God dwelleth in you?, vs17 says if any man defile the temple of God, him shall he destroy; for the temple of God is Holy, which temple ye are. God has made our body His living temple as it belongs absolutely to Him, all we just have to do is be surrendered to His will and do what he commands. What does he command that our body be used for?, Romans 6:12-13 KJV says Let not sin therefore reign in your mortal body, that ye should obey it in the lusts thereof. vs13; Neither yield ye your members as instruments of unrighteousness unto sin: but yield yourselves unto God, as those that are alive from the dead, and your members as instruments of righteousness unto God. A totally surrendered life is what God Almighty wants, a life that is for His Glory. I Corinthians 6:15-20 KJV, vs20 says For ye are bought with a price: therefore glorify God in your body, and in your spirit, which are God's. Surrendering our life to Him is the first step to take if we want our body to be a living sacrifice, Romans 12:1 KJV says I beseech you therefore, brethren, by the mercies of God, that ye present your bodies a living sacrifice, holy, acceptable unto God, which is your reasonable service. If you haven't surrendered your life and your body to Him, you should do that today, God is calling all men unto Him, come to Him as He is willing to help you.

PRAYER POINT: 

Lord Jesus, I surrender my life to you, I know that my body is your temple and should be used as instruments of righteousness, presenting it as a living sacrifice; God help me, AMEN.

WORD OF DECLARATION:

I go in God's grace today, this week and forever,                    

I live a life pleasing to God,                                                    

My Life is used for God's Glory. AMEN
