GOOD SUCCESS

     Blessed be God our Father, our Lord Jesus Christ, and The Holy Spirit, glory in the Highest and alleluia forevermore. By grace and mercy we're privileged to be alive. The name of God be praised!. As Christians, sons and daughters of Christ, we have come to study and possess a great gift of God; good success. Seeing or hearing the word good success, there is definitely a success that is not good and doesn't come from God and such success never lasts as it doesn't come with peace. This kind of evil and short-lived success is not for the righteous as it is for the wicked and sudden destruction awaits them. Psalms 92:7 NIV says That though the wicked spring up like grass and all the evildoers flourish, they will be destroyed forever. Knowing this we should not be desirous and envious to achieve the success of the wicked and evil people as Proverbs 24:1 NIV says Do not envy the wicked, do not desire their company. Let's move further to the gift of Good success assigned to the righteous by God. There is peace of mind with this kind of success as you can call it victory. It's God's wish and promise that we are successful. Proverbs 2:7 NIV says He holds success in store for the upright, he is a shield to those whose walk is blameless. But there are catalysts to this success; I'll talk about two; one which the bible made us know in the previous verse: being upright and righteous, then the Ultimate catalyst The Word of God itself, its through searching, knowing and putting the word into action we acquire and claim our promises. Joshua 1:8 KJV says This book of the law shall not depart out of thy mouth; but thou shalt meditate therein day and night, that thou mayest observe to do according to all that is written therein: for then thou shalt make thy way prosperous, and then thou shalt have good success. Deuteronomy 28:13 NIV says The LORD will make you the head, not the tail. If you pay attention to the commands of the LORD your God that I give you this day and carefully follow them, you will always be at the top, never the bottom. It is God's promise for us and it can and must be fulfilled. Another part we should know is that without hard work or labor, there is nothing to be blessed. Deuteronomy 28:12 KJV says The LORD shall open unto thee his good treasure, the heaven to give the rain unto thy land in his season, and to bless all the work of thine hand: and then thou shalt lend to many nations, and thou shalt not borrow. Once our obedience is complete, we need not worry, God is faithful; He will do His part. If you are a sinner, this can only be your portion if you yield to Him today. Despite your past sins and failures, turn and come to Him, your life will change and improve drastically. If you're a Christian and your ways are right with Him and you're facing challenges be it little or much, have faith in Him and trust His Words, He'll fulfil His promise and take away your reproach.

PRAYER POINT:

God, I know you have good success in store for me, HELP ME to do my part to possess this peaceful promise.

Almighty Father; bless all the works of my hands, AMEN.

WORD OF DECLARATION:

My Horn is exalted like the horn of a unicorn.

I shall flourish like the palm tree. AMEN.
